An e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author confirming receipt of the manuscript together with this agreement.

But, at the time of submission, one can also use his/her Word Processor of choice and convert the document to PDF format thereafter using popular PDF convertors. Please check http://www.calmathsoc.org/manuscript for detailed instructions.

The author(s) should note that after the acceptance of an article, the final camera-ready version to be submitted for publication MUST contain the following items (along with the Copyright Transfer Agreement).

  • LaTeX source (.tex format) of the article, prepared as per the Preparation Guidelines;
  • All the graphic files (.eps format) required to compile the .tex file;
  • Any extra LaTeX style file (.sty format) used in preparing the manuscript; and
  • A final PDF version of the article generated from the LaTeX source.

The final version of the manuscript MUST BE prepared using the CalMathSoc LaTeX class (calmathsoc.cls) and according to the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines. It is the responsibility of the Author(s) to make sure that the camery ready submission adheres to the norms of the Calcutta Mathematical Society. Calcutta Mathematical Society reserves the right to reject an article, the camera ready format of which is not prepared in the prescribed format, even after the initial notification of acceptance.
